Returns

If for any reason there is problem with a purchase, all items (including clearance) may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges on refunds are the responsibility of the customer except when charges result from error on the part of Spa Ionic.

We only accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from Spa Ionic.

Please note that if you request a refund you will be an additional 15% restocking fee from price paid.
